In the region, work is ongoing to reduce administrative barriers and create favorable conditions for doing business.
Since 2017, under the akimat of the Karaganda region, the Commission on Business Issues has been operating. As a result of its work for business, issues were resolved to regulate the issuance of technical conditions by monopolists, the provision of land, and the adjustment of detailed planning projects. Similar commissions work in all regions of the region.
Since 2017, in Karaganda, on the principle of "one window", a full-format Center for Serving Entrepreneurs has been operating.
Here, entrepreneurs are given the opportunity to obtain technical specifications for water supply, sanitation, heat supply and electricity supply on the basis of the “single window” principle. In 2018, 1 399 technical specifications were issued to entrepreneurs.
An electronic Map of vacant land plots and a Map of vacant premises of large enterprises has been created and published in the public domain on the websites of akimats and administrations. In total, in 2018, 817 land plots were provided to the business, including 194 through auctions and 623 through tenders.
At the local level, in 2018, an audit of more than 400 existing regulatory and legal acts affecting the interests of entrepreneurship was conducted to identify norms that impede competition.
The analysis of the regulatory impact of decisions and decisions of the IOI is carried out.
